This figgy pudding baking kit makes 8 individual sticky puddings. Each kit includes 8 disposable baking cups, a 9 oz glass jar of spiced figs and date fusion jam, a 9 oz bag of dry ingredients, and a 9 oz jar of sticky figgy caramel sauce.
Each kit will require an egg and oil to create this delicious, sweet dessert. Suggested serving with whipped cream or ice cream.
The Fig & Date Fusion Jam is a puree of dried figs, dried dates, sugar, orange juice, orange zest and spices including cinnamon and nutmeg.
The Caramel Sauce is unique in that is uses miso, which gives it a wonderful flavor!
The Dry Ingredients consists of flour and dark chocolate pieces.
The 8 baking cups that are included do not need to be greased. They are non-stick and are ready to bake.
This was such a unique treat! Now I know why the carolers in the song wouldn’t leave till they got some. I hope carolers come to my house next year so I can give them some😊.
